Pupil Support Manager

Pupil Support Manager

The Pupil Support Manager’s purpose here at Fox Wood School is to assist the Head teacher in managing and leading the school and college as a member of the Senior Leadership Team and to work in partnership with the Head teacher, other Senior Leaders, and Governing Body in developing the school and college as a whole. Ongoing support for pupils is provided for dietary and behavioural needs. The Pupil Support Manager works closely with class teams to reduce the anxieties and restrictions our pupils may have around food and when accessing their everyday learning. Support and training is consistent throughout the school for pupils, staff and parents. Staff have regular training delivered by external professionals or feedback from staff who have attended training on specific courses. The role of the Pupil Support Manager is to deliver training linked to behaviour, team teach, ASD structure, NAS accreditation and dietary support.

If you seek guidance and information regarding your child’s behaviour or dietary support please contact the Pupil Support Manager, Jade Ashton. Jashton@foxwoodschool.org.uk
